Wear clothes that are appropriate for the season, easy to exercise in, and that you don't mind getting dirty.

Socks (ankle socks are OK)
About 500 cc of drinking water (always necessary during hot weather)

*There are no facilities to change clothes, so please prepare in advance.
*In hot weather: Hat, sunglasses, etc. (for protection from the sun and strong winds).
*Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*If you are 10 years old or younger, the instructor will take your safety into consideration, but you are fully responsible for your own safety.
